How Does It Work?
| The human
mind receives information from our five senses and
assembles this data using one or more of the four filters
that control how our mind will use the information. The first filter is instinct. Instincts, like our need to herd together, determine how we use information related to our instincts. The second filter is emotion. I do not need to explain how emotion filters our thought. It is obvious to all. The third filter is conditioning. This is information stored in the mind after birth. An example is the way you stand, walk, use your hands, etc. These actions are conditioned into your mind and identify you with your peers. The fourth filter I call reality. It is a thought process that is not affected by one of the other filters. Aside from very simple thoughts it is not used often. |
